Where is my order?

•  Currently we utilize both USPS and UPS for shipping options. With USPS it may take up to 48 business hours for tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package please allow a full 48 hours (excluding holidays or weekends) for an update to be shown. Our goal is to get your tracking information to you within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please see our complete shipping policy here.

When will my item(s) ship?

•  Please allow up to 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) from the time of purchase for all orders to be verified, processed, and then prepared for shipment (excluding holidays and weekends).This gives us time to guarantee quality and get you exactly what you ordered as quickly as possibly. 

How do I return an item?

• We are certain you will love your scrubs but in the case of any returns we will happily offer store credit or offer an exchange. Please see our complete return policy here.

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

• We sincerely apologize for this. Please contact us at info@zikorascrubs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your first/last name, order number, and photo of incorrect/damaged item. After review, we will send you a shipping label to return the item and then replace it at no additional cost to you!

How long does it take to receive store credit?

• When we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive an email to the same email address you provided at the time of purchase. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.

An item I want is out of stock currently, how do I know when it has been restocked?

•  Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know about item restocks. In addition you will be regularly updated on exclusive deals, promotions, new arrivals, and much more!
