Return Policy
We're sorry you aren't happy with your order as we strive to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. Unfortunately, at this time Zikora Scrubwear does not offer refunds, but we are happy to accept your returns and issue you store credit or exchange your return for another item.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be ineligible for store credit/exchange.
Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery date to be eligible for store credit.
When returning an item please fill out our exchange form included in the package then mail the item(s), packing label, and completed exchange form to our address below. Our returns address is:

Any returned items that do not meet our guidelines will be ineligible for store credit/exchange.
- Exception: If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt please email info@zikorascrubs.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your first/last name, order number, and photograph of damaged/incorrect item. After review, we will happily send you a shipping label to return the item(s) and have them replaced at no additional cost to you!
Once we receive your return please allow up to 14 business days for issuing of store credit/mailing out your new items. We will send you an email containing this information. If you do not receive an email within 14 business days after your return has been delivered please contact us and don't forget to check your spam folder.
