Shipping Policy
- Please allow 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) from date of purchase to allow for order processing before your item ships. This excludes holidays and weekends.
- Please note any items listed as PRE-ORDER will ship at a later date and customer will be notified via email.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of item(s) being shipped. Please note this does not include the processing time of at least 2-3 business days.
- Our company utilizes both USPS and UPS for shipments. With USPS it may take up to 48 hours (2 business days) for tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package please allow a full 48 hours (2 business days) for an update on the status of your package. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- Standard shipping is 7-10 business days. Please consider this when ordering. If for some reason, you need items faster please email us at info@zikorascrubs.com

- For international shipments, customer will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply.
- Please review shipping address at time of purchase. Zikora Scrubs is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate delivery information. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Inability to validate delivery address will result in cancellation of order and immediate refund.
