Shipping Policy
- Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) from date of purchase to allow for order processing before your item ships. This excludes holidays and weekends.
- Please note any items listed as PRE-ORDER will ship at a later date and customer will be notified via email.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of item(s) being shipped. Please note this does not include the processing time (2 business days).
- Our company utilizes both USPS and FedEx for shipments. With USPS it may take up to 48 hours (2 business days) for tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package please allow a full 48 hours (2 business days) for an update on the status of your package. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- If you can't find your tracking information after 2 business days please check your spam folder. Still no luck? Contact us at info@zikorascrubs.com so we can help.
- For international shipments, customer will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply.
- Our shipping fees are calculated based on distance and weight of package. Prices may vary.
- Please review shipping address at time of purchase. Zikora Scrubwear is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate delivery information. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
